Comparing Labeling and Symbolization Methods

This project focuses on the implementation of cartographic principles to create intelligible and functional maps. This process took multiple iterations to customize the font type, font size, letter spacing, label weight, colors, and placements, to enhance readability while maintaining accuracy.

Georeferencing Sanborn Maps

This project demonstrates the application of the ArcGIS georeferencing tools to the 1924 Sanborn Map of Avalon, California, and the 1963 Sanborn map of Santa Monica, California.
